WOSKKA President Hanshi Dan Tosh has authorized the promotion of Tim Evans of Sacramento, CA. and Robert White of Lemoore, CA. WOSKKA Vice-President Kyoshi Sid Rayford had the honor of hosting the promotion in his Merced, CA. dojo on November 13th 2010.
